this company is a ripoff and would not recommending even trying their product. called and canceled which I was unaware I needed to but was 1 day too late and got sorry can't help you. too late. this company doesn't care if customer is pleased and just care to get your 94.99, next call better business. here I am mad as all get out and in order to submit my complaint I have to type 100 words and no less. not a good time to put more in words. this makes me so mad. I will never order any thing like this again and just want to warn people to not fall for this scam. is their product any good? I do not see anything good about it and it sure is not worth ninety four dollars and ninety nine cent.

LEnvi is a Total Lieing Scam and gives you Wrinkles!!
I ordered a free trial for $4.95 of the face cream and agreed to pay shipping and handling of $5.95 for a free trial of the eye gel from LEnvi. There was no mention anywhere on the video of any automated payments of $94.99 per mo. if you dont call to cancel. You get the automated payments schedule for the 1st time when you get the really bad skin damaging stuff in the mail. When you call them to cancel the automated payments and tell them it was not mentioned in the video they lie to you and say it was. Then they tell you that you that you have to pay $57.+ if you want to keep the free trial. If you argue with them about any of this or tell them it is a bad product that wrinkled your skin badly under your eyes when you slept on your face they will reduce the price you will have to pay to a final reduction of $32.+ It has ruined my skin permently under my eyes. It is a total Scam from people from another country. Please dont buy this stuff. LEnvi is all bad and all of the good reviews are all made up by them is a great possibility. It doesnt work. Its a Total Scam.

Lenvi FREE Trial RIP OFF
I also purchased the Free Trial of Lenvi moisturizer for $4.99 and was also offered Free Trial of Lenvi eye cream for $5.99. Beware! this is a switch and bate program. You MUST cancel for 14 day trail or you will be charged $94.99 for the moisturizer and another $94.95 for the eye cream. I called to cancel and Cameron the manager said he could only refund half the amounts for both. These are trial sizes and would not/should not cost this amount. You can go to other sites and purchase the product cheaper. This is a big RIP OFF and I want other people to be aware of it. There is NO FREE Trial!!

When I call the company,they will not except my explanation as I did not got the product they said I did.i asked to speak with a supervisor,and was told he is busy,they did not offer any solution.and tried to negotiations for a15% return when I insisted I wanted a full refund.they try 35% and then50% I refused,asked again for a supervisor,and was refused as he was very busy.i was on a call for 45 min with no results.the person who I talk to has no knowledge of the product and kept repeating a herself over again.

I ordered an eye cream and ended up in a monthly subscription w/o my knowledge.
I placed an order for an amazing eye cream for $4.95, I was called after the order was placed to be informed it was a 2 stage product. I was concerned now and informed them to only send the 1 item for the $4.95 and nothing else. I was billed for that item, then, I was billed for $94.99 the following month. I disputed the charges with my CC company as we were unable to reach LEnvi by phone and received my money back. Now my dispute has been disputed and this incredulous company wants $94.99 for a small jar of something (not opened) and another $94.99 for not cancelling a subscription I knew nothing about. They falsified paperwork claiming I checked boxes and agreed to their conditions to get my CC company to refund their unearned money. Not to mention this is a monthly charge, yet, I only received the one jar! They also claimed their contact info was on the product which is a lie and that literature was enclosed with the order which is also a lie. This is a scam!

I had the same problem, but they put me on an automatic shipment program. I contacted my CC company and they are going to refuse payment for the most resent jar of cream. They will be sending me a questionnaire to get the first charge reversed. These are unauthorized charges! Their ad was for a free sample with a 4.95 shipping fee. I authorized 4.95 for shipping only. They can't just start charging anything they want on your card! This is illegal!! Contact your credit cards company they can help! If they can't get a new cc company.

FYI. Called my cc company to complain after ridiculous call with company.
First offered me 20%, then one payment. They shipped me three times in one month! Cc company made a recorded three way call and they reversed all charges!
Yeah bank of America! Thanks to info I got here was able to get cc company support and a block against this company for future.

These are criminals. They charged my credit card without my permission through a hacked email. They would not stop charging the account even after it was frozen and I had to change the credit card number. They have a bunch of foreign people at the call center with heavy Philippine or African accents who just keep repeating that there is nothing that can be done. They are criminal scammers. I will make a police report. The info they have given me is that only the return address is in Atlanta and the company is in California and they wont provide any further address. Each time you call you get a different heavily accented person on the phone. Pathetic, criminal scammers.

They are a complete bunch of criminals. They hire foreign workers to answer the phone and give people preset answers. They charged my account through a spammed email without my permission and even after I returned the products as they suggested, they have not refunded my account. I intend to file a police report. They are criminals. Even after you discontinue the account, they will make sure to charge your account as much as possible until you lock the credit card. There is no point even calling the number. They are a bunch of scammers, criminals. Info- one of the call center employees reported location is in Californina and the return address is in Georgia

Nightmare!!! Was suckered into "free samples" with claim Dr Oz endorsed product and Amazon sells it...must be ok...WRONG!!! Paid $11 for postage ...received samples that are .5 ounce...didn't even open them and accepted loss of $11 as my punishment for not checking for complaints first....there are several pages. One week later my account was charged $190 without my permission. After several attempts to reach customer service finally reached very rude woman who cancelled "my accounts" that I did not request and said she would refund 30% which she said was $14.25....not sure where she studied math. I asked to speak to supervisor...she laughed and disconnected call. Extremely unhappy but I'm retired so have the time to contact anyone who might be able to stop the robbery by this company.

Do Not complete a survey from this company. They will tell you that you are completing a survey for you Credit Card Company. When you complete the survey they tell you for completing the survey you will get a sample of face cream and wrinkle cream for $4.95 shipping. They never send the product and then they will bill your Credit Card for $189.95. My credit card company is investing this sorry company for fraud. It is considered a crime to attach a survey or anything else to another company's statement. They consider this to be fraud and hacking (compromising) your account. I got suckered into the trial. HOPEFULLY mine will have a happy (enough) ending. They sent full size for moisturizer and eye wrinkle cream. I was under the impression I would be charged the $7.95 trial for each. I then went online and discovered the negative remarks. I searched for a phone number to cancel. Got someone with an accent on the phone, she refused to cancel, told me to "give it time, you will not be charged. Just try, just try, it will be OK." Yesterday, I called back and went through the phone prompts to cancel. If you quickly select option 1, you will be charged the $38 fee where you keep the product but will not be sent others. Instead, choose the option to hear more choices. I selected the one to return the unused portion at my own cost, which will cancel the subscription and I won't be charged for the items. It must be rec'd by a certain date. The computer voice raced through the RMA# and return address (LEnvi Trial blahblahsomethingoranother, 4816 Technology drive Martinez GA 30907). RMA # must be written on the return package. I also was contacted by phone by a very nice lady and told I would get a free sample and only have to pay shipping. "WHY?
I ASKED. was told I would like so much I would buy next time. She called me back and I told her no thanks. I kept getting more in mail and started giving it away.
Asked my husband for credit card bill. In one month three charges! Two days apart. When I called to request to return.
Told no returns. Finally agreed to refund last charge only.
Told foreign sounding man I will take up with my credit card company. I was fuming.

But I AM relieved that I'm not the only one being screwed. That's going to help ALL OF US get some type of compensation. When I saw the pending charge of $94.99 this morning, my blood started boiling. Then the hour I wasted talking to the strong accented person on the other line pissed me off even more.
His answer to solve my problem was to "fax over my bank statement!" WHAT?!! I don't think so.
I went to my bank, and I have decided to cancel my card and have THEM dispute the charge for me. If I don't get the money back, then I'll just have to deal with my own stupidity for giving out my cc number to a company I had no knowledge of.
But at least they won't be able to continue charging me. JERKS

This company is totally fraudulent and needs to be reported due to several customers have had the same problem being charged $94.95 and $94.99 for two small trial bottles. I contacted company via email and was told basically "read the fine print"!
